Log into your account portal and select the order containing the items you wish to return to generate a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

Pack Your Gear

Ensure all items are in original condition with tags attached; specifically, rackets must still have the plastic wrap on the handle to be eligible for a full refund.

Ship to Nexus

Affix the prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, ensuring you keep a copy of your tracking number.

Inspection and Refund

Once our quality control team verifies the equipment's condition, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
